Kelsey Asbille Chow was an American actor, who gained fame after playing the Disney XD actress in the sitcom Pair of Kings. She's appeared in a variety of series and movies throughout her career, and has been a fan of theatre since at a young age. Her first acting experiences were from community theatre plays. Her first television appearance aged 13. At the age of 13, she took out her last surname, 'Chow', blaming stereotypes in the Hollywood industry. The media criticized her denial of Chinese heritage. She is a Columbia University student studying human rights. Her unique and varied performances have made her extremely famous in Hollywood. It is said that she could be among the most promising actresses of the Hollywood industry.

Barbara was the host of Ballroom with a Twist the unique new series which includes celebrity emcees, and dancers of Dancing with the Stars. Barbara has appeared on Livetime's Army Wives TV Series, and guest-starred on The George Lopez Show on ABC. George Lopez and played a regular role in Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara performed across The United States in Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple for women. Barbara performed at The New Theatre, Kansas City Missouri at the end of 2012 with the play Social Security. The play was on stage for only a couple of months in Jacksonville Florida.
